Pumpkin Patch

Well it is pretty late for these pics but better late than never, right

So it is our family tradition to take Emiliano to the pumpkin patch in overalls and a red shirt. I am going to try to keep this going until he refuses. I love this time of year, the change of weather, the colors, the family time I love it all. When I was young this is what I had always wanted a family with great memories. Sometimes I find myself messing it the moments up with worries I just need to relax and trust the everything will work out. I love the saying "Trust the slow build" I relate this to every aspect of my life and it calms me.

So I look at this face and remember "Trust the slow Build" the slow way we are building our family, the slow way we are building our marriage, the slow way were a living our life and remember to do it right and don't let the small stuff get to me and just enjoy the moment.
p.s. I wanted to look nice for the pic but I just let it go and wanted to enjoy the moment.

Hello Friday I have missed you since Monday

Thanks goodness it's Friday mama is tried and tried of work. I want to hang out in my pj's all weekend and watch movies but I will have to ask Emiliano what HE wants to do this weekend. All I know is I am juicing and shopping for next week. I just order somethings for the baby and me and can't wait to get them and show ya'll. I am on a quest to rid myself of this dang Candida yeast that I have been suffering from for years, yes years and I just found out what the heck it was. Juicing helps so much and eating really good is a key but sometimes being a working mama to a 13 month old takes over and convenience pops in and takes over. I wake up every day with the mind set that I will not eat anything that will make me sick but there are times when no veggie is to be found and I have to eat what is around. SO I can't wait and try the stuff I order and see if it helps but this weekend I am stocking up my fridge with green juice and veggies to do a 3-day cleanse with my friend Kris Carr, see she saved my life and I am a follower and dedicated CSL groupie. I hope you have a good weekend and I am looking forward to rain and cooler weather.

Doing Tuesday Right

Well things at our house have been so busy, work and then more things to do at work it never stops. Then we  pick up the baby and it is all about dinner, playing, bath and then sleep. So where do I fit in well I am trying to figure it out. I wanted to take the day off to go shopping and juice and do all those little things I need to do to make me happy but I went to work today. The hubby, baby and I went to the store last night and after his bath I was able to clean the kitchen and juice. The simple things make the major things less painful. So here is to Tuesday and a big glass of green juice with a shot of E3 Live, may it give me the brain power and strength to get threw the day with a smile on my face.

Emiliano's 1 year old pictures

What a year has flown by and this is my sweet boy. He is beyond love he is BIGGER than LOVE he is my finest gift. I love him more than anything and I am trying to make my life better for him. We spent the weekend getting his pictures taken at Portrait Innovations and it was a great experience. The staff was great to us and to Emiliano. It was so hard to chose from all the picture but we finally made a decision and will probably go back to get more and more and more but for now I need to shop for frames and fill up our walls with our sweet boy.

New Years Wish List

Instead of making a resoultion I decided to make a wish list for the new year. Here it is
1. find our own place to call home
2. a baby room for our son fully decorated
3. unpack every box I have ever own
4. set up my studio
5. quit my job
6. knit
7. start my tracey anderson method,
8. make another baby
9.continue being a wonderful mother to Emiliano
10. the dam Dr. pays for the paintings that will make all of the above come true
